Oh my gosh... where is this year going already?!?! Enough stalling... I've been off the band wagon for the past 5 days. Jumping back on today. I'm scared to hit the scales in a bit, but I need to see where I am. Its TTOM and I've been pretty bloated and just crappy feeling in general, in the stomach area. I'm going to assume it's because I just haven't been behaving well. I've been sewing alot the past week. I had 24 mens pirate shirts ordered last Friday and Saturday. I (we, Curt took off Tuesday to help me. Thank you baby, if you read this!) got them all made and out Tuesday and Wednesday, but my back is paying for it! I hate to blame my schedule on my bad eating habits. I just need to be better about having food prepared in advance so I don't go grazing through the pantry and frig, and I need to find a better way to make my back feel better after working instead of alcohol. We have gym membership. A thought... I could go to the gym in the evening and stretch out on an exercise ball and then hit the hot tub. I have a really hard time asking Curt to go to the gym after a long day at work. I'm not sure I would want to. Speaking of Curt... He does quite well for breakfast and lunch. He starts failboating when he gets around me so I think I'm to blame for his night time indiscretions! I need to quit being such a bad influence...
The kids are at their other parents this week. MY HOUSE HAS STAYED AMAZINGLY CLEAN. I think they are what makes my house a mess. Hmmm.... Yet, they don't believe me! How can they trash the house within 30 minutes of walking into the house? Next week... I'm going to start being a hard ass about them just laying stuff all over the place. I'm not saying I don't ride them, but I'm going to try to make it not be an issue to begin with. I'm trying to find ways to keep my stress level and workload down now that I'm back to working very regularly. A messy/ cluttered house can flip a switch in me pretty quickly when I have an achy back!
Yesterday... I had an amazing night! I want to write about it, but I don't have pictures ready so I'm going to wait until I have them all ready to go!
So on the "TO DO LIST" for today:
*make a menu for the next 2 weeks
*yell at my son for his D+ in yearbook
*Cut out my "womens" orders
*clean my bonus room/ sewing area/ office area (dreading this one)
*get in a 45 minute workout it AND weights
*do my part time dog walking job
*inventory my frig and freezer to see what kind of food I have on hand
By the way... the weigh in wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!
