C: Evening- basketball practice
J: Morning- 16 minutes on treadmill (walking and running) and 16 minutes on stationary bike

WHAT WE ATE:
Breakfast:

J: 2 egg taco omelet
Lunch:
C: none (sick)
J: 2 boiled eggs
Dinner:
C and J: meatloaf
We had planned on an evening workout a the gym, but after basketball practice, we realized we had a pretty good workout there.
