TODAY'S EXERCISE:

J: 45 minutes of Pilates

WHAT WE ATE:
Breakfast:
C: 1/2 meal bar


Lunch:
C: steak, cheese, snack bar
J:protein shake

Dinner:
C and J: fiesta lime chicken and a couple slices of deli turkey

Water:
J: LOTS

I started out this morning discouraged.  I'm encouraged that Curt was down 7 lbs as of yesterday.  I'm discouraged that when I woke up and weighed in, I was at my DAY 1 STARTING WEIGHT!!  I put in a workout and then weighed in and got this new number.  I'm going with it because I may pull out my hair if I don't.  I don't need the...  "you know...  men lose weight easier" speech so save it.  I know. I know.  But then "the man" isn't working out and "the woman" is...  GRRR!!  Oh well, still proud of him and want him to keep going!

    Jamie, I know exactly how you feel! I won't bore you with the "muscle weighs more than fat" argument, either, since I know you know that speech, too.... :)

    You're doing great -- hang in there!
