JAMIE: LOSS: 1.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 22.2 lbs
Breakfast:
C and J: 100 calorie Starbucks coffee
Lunch:
C: rotisserie chicken and 2 FF yogurts
J: rotisserie chicken
Dinner:
C and J: meatloaf and egg salad lettuce wraps
9 pm snack:
C and J: 100 calorie Starbucks coffee
Water:
C: 3 quarts water, 2- 32 oz Diet Dr. Pepper
J: 76 oz water, 3- 24 oz Diet Pepsi
We missed breakfast this morning. Curt got up and went straight to work. I slept in til 10 and when I got up, I had to leave almost immediately. So we ate when I got back. Briyanna had a big history presentation today so I went to do my duty and take pictures.
It looked fantastic! From what I was hearing, it was "The Project to See."
