CURT:  TOTAL LOSS: 55.2 lbs
JAMIE: TOTAL LOSS: 21 lbs

Breakfast:
C and J: taco omelet

Snack:
C and J: Dukan friendly cheesecake

Lunch:
C and J: southwest chicken salad

Dinner:
C and J: steak, brussel sprouts, grilled mushrooms

Water:
C: ?
J: ?

So we were both down yesterday and both down again today.  We started working out again.  We rode bikes yesterday, and today,  well... it's our only day we can sleep in this week so we did and we lounged around in our unders and watch TV all day long!

I'm pretty much hating doing the damage control from these vacations.  I guess I thought that like before, those extra few pounds would just melt off, but wow...  am I wrong!
