I don't have the weights in front of me.
Breakfast:
C: eggs and ham, venti skinny peppermint mocha
J: eggs, venti skinny peppermint mocha
Lunch:
C and J: ham, veggies, a couple bites of dessert.
Dinner:
C: polish sausage, chicken, green beans, cole slaw
J: pulled pork, chicken, green beans, cole slaw
Water:
C: 2 cans Diet Cherry Coke, 2 quarts water
J: 2 cans Diet Cherry Coke, 2 quarts water
Curt's been doing pretty well with his numbers but I have been atrocious. Then again, I haven't been super strict either. So I have goals. I need to meet them. So here I go...again.... This morning, I woke up and went for a walk/ run. Now my knee is tweaked. Back to biking I go.
Keep going Jamie, you know you can do it, its just not always easy to feel like doing it! xo
