Breakfast:
C: eggs and cottage cheese
J: eggs and cottage cheese
Lunch:
C: sausage and chicken wings
J: sausage and chicken wings
Dinner:
C & J: chicken breast stuffed with FF mozzarella cheese and ham
Water:
C: 1 can Sprite Zero, 1 can Cherry Coke Zero, 3 quarts water
J: 1can Cherry Coke zero, 3 quarts water
Exercise:
C: 30 minutes of racquetball
J: 30 minutes of racquetball
We were pretty good yesterday, aside from some alcohol... shame on us. But we ate very well and completely enjoyed our veggies. And we got in a 20 minute bike ride and weight lifting. That whole experience was awkward. There were 4 bikes there and we got the middle two. Then I looked over and my ex-husband's pastor's wife was on the one next to me. She had sent me a rather mean, only-knowing-one-side-of-the-story letter when I left the ex. And then, 10 minutes into the workout, next to Curt sits one of the ex's best friends. Ahhh... fun times. It wasn't too bad tho. We just sat with our headphones on and all was good.
Curt is 0.4 lbs from 60 lbs so we have our fingers, our toes, our arms AND legs crossed hoping to hit that mark!
Ah the joys of running (or bike riding) into people from our past :)
