CURT:  Gain: 0.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 53.4 lbs
JAMIE: Loss: 0.2 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 22.4 lbs

Breakfast:
C and J:  eggs and cottage cheese, 20 oz. SF/FF coffee

Lunch:
C and J:  beef stirfry

Dinner:
C and J: steak, mixed veggies, and house salad (and rolls and peanuts)

 9:30 snack:
C and J: 100 calorie Starbucks coffee


Water:
C: 3 quarts water, 1- 32 oz Diet Dr. Pepper
J: 2.5 quarts water, 1- 20 oz Diet Pepsi

We were doing fantastic...  until we decided to try out the new Texas Roadhouse restaurant in town.  The peanuts were calling our names and were just down right fabulous.  And then the rolls...  omg...  the rolls.  They were fresh out of the over and I have a hard time turning down any bread fresh out of the over.  And then worse...  the waitress brought us 3 servings of them.  I finally had to tell her that I hate her (while I was laughing) and quit bring them out because I WILL eat them.  Anyways..  tomorrow... we will be better! And we actually have a work out planned for the morning.  

We're going to work really hard on making sure we alternate the PP and PV days.  Even tho we REALLY like our veggies.
