CURT:   GAIN:1.4 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 59.4 lbs
JAMIE: GAIN: 4.0 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 20.4 lbs

Breakfast:
C: eggs, FF yogurt, turkey sausage
J: eggs, FF yogurt


Water:
C: 1- 16 oz. skinny peppermint mocha, 3 quarts water
J: 1- 16 oz. skinny peppermint mocha, 3 quarts water, 1 can diet sprite

Exercise:
C and J: 15 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes on bikes

OMG...  I had a bad feeling about my number today and low and behold... there it is!  I reweighed myself 3 times just to be sure.  It was sickening.  So...  PP for 2 or 3 days to fix this mess.  

It's now midnight, and I'm finishing up the blog for the day.  I took a shower and reweighed myself.  I'm already 0.2 below my morning weight so I'm looking forward to tomorrows number.  I didn't log in our lunch and dinner because I didn't eat lunch and I'm not really sure what Curt ate for lunch and dinner because he worked away from home today.  I realized that I'm not real fond of him working away from home. 

On a side note,  Sandi replied to one of my posts.  My GOAL is 25 minutes for a 5K.  I'm at about a 30 minute 5K.  Although this morning, my pace was a 7:47 mile for half a mile.  I didn't want to push it tho.  I want to be able to crawl out of bed in the morning!  We got off the treadmill and all I could think of was that Briyanna, a 13 year old, is running a 6 and a half minute mile.  Wow... I've let myself go downhill....
