CURT: no weigh in
JAMIE: gained 0.8 lbs from yesterday TOTAL LOSS: 20.4 lbs

Breakfast:
C: steak omelet, skinny peppermint mocha
J: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, skinny peppermint mocha

Lunch:
C and J: some slices of dry salami

Dinner:
C and J: meatballs and homemade spaghetti sauce

Water:
C: 1 can of something, 3 quarts water and counting
J: 1 can Sprite Zero, 4 quarts water and counting

Exercise:
C and J: 30 minutes on stationary bike

Ok....  So today was a rough day for me.  I hadn't had a bowel movement in days which meant my morning weight was up.  Again.  4 days straight.  And yesterday, I was actually a good girl, so of course I am frustrated.  I was starting to get stomach cramps from no bowel movements so I found help in a little pill.  I feel much better now and I hope I have a number that will make me feel better tomorrow too.  I was very irritated with my number.  Then, we had to go to Curt's mom and take her dog in to the vet to be euthanized.  OMG...  his mom was bawling.  I have not even seen this dog more that 5 times, but seeing her cry made me break down.  Then....  we decided to grab a bite to eat.  I mentioned at least 3 times that it was a PP day so eggs and bacon or sausage or ham.  We sit down and Curt orders a steak omelet FULL of veggies.  I ordered my eggs and bacon.  Needless to say, I was not very happy.  In fact, I was down right pissed off.  I didn't have much to see for a few hours.  We came home and I laid down in bed and just seethed!  And then I had a revelation.  I have been doing this diet for the two of us.  And it's really stressful.  I finally broke down and decided to hash it out.  I think we are on the same page now.  I hope.  We both have goals and we both have to be in agreement if we are going to even remotely get close to hitting goals.
