             4/15- GAIN: 1.0 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 60.8 lbs
JAMIE:4/13- no change        TOTAL LOSS: 23.6 lbs
             4/14- GAIN: 0.6 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 23.0 lbs
             4/15- LOSS: 1.4 lbs TOTAL LOSS: 24.4 lbs

Breakfast:
C: scrambled eggs w/ cheese, FF yogurt
J: 2 FF yogurt (red velvet cake, lemon cream pie)

Lunch:
C and J: leftover chicken wings

Dinner:
C and J: we were REALLY bad! 
onion rings and jalapeno coins
steak fries
pulled pork sandwich
turkey club sandwich
J: skinny strawberry lemonade (w/ alcohol)
bowl of kashi go lean cereal
2 whiskey and squirts
C: 1 cherry vodka w/ 7up

Water:
C: 2 diet sodas, 2 quarts water
J: 3 diet sodas, 3 quarts water

Exercise:
C and J: 25 minutes stationary bike

UGH!   I've had a couple bad days.  Yesterday, we had a poker night.  We both drank alcohol.  I assume my number this morning was so low because, since I was drinking, alot, I didn't even think about eating.  I ate some celery, a couple doritos, and then I threw it all up.  Like I said.  I was drinking alot!  Anyhow...  we got up this morning and decided to have a date night.  Thus, not behaving.  I hope our numbers in the morning aren't ridiculous.

  1. you did a little badly but at least you did your exercise!! we all fall off sometimes, I just hope I dont keep doing it every weekend! :)
